2600+hours CFI, CFII, MEI, Tailwheel

I have been fascinated by aviation and airplanes from a young age. Upon graduating high school, I attended LeTourneau University in Longview, TX, completing a degree in Aviation with a concentration in Mission Aviation. I have instructed in Texas and Minnesota for over 10 years across a range of aircraft types including Single-Engine, Multi-Engine, Tailwheel, High Performance, and Technically Advanced Aircraft. I am a current NAFI Master Instructor, Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilot, and FAA Gold Seal Instructor, with over 2600 hours of flight instruction given. My approach to flight instructing is both joyful and relaxed. In addition, I am a certificated A & P aircraft mechanic, and enjoy working on aircraft as well as flying!

Flying At/Near These Airport(s)

Flight Training Available in Minneapolis, Minnesota The Twin Cities area is home to several excellent airports for flight training, ranging from busy Class D fields to smaller GA-friendly strips: KFCM Flying Cloud Airport (FCM), located in Eden Prairie, MN (one of the busiest GA airports in Minnesota and a major hub for flight training) KMIC Crystal Airport (MIC), located in Crystal, MN (great for primary training with multiple runways and a non-congested environment) KANE Anoka County–Blaine Airport (ANE), located in Blaine, MN (towered Class D airport popular with flight schools and students) KSGS South St. Paul Municipal Airport Fleming Field (SGS), located in South St. Paul, MN (non-towered, ideal for pattern work and recreational flying) KLVN Airlake Airport (LVN), located in Lakeville, MN (smaller GA airport, perfect for relaxed primary training) KSTP St. Paul Downtown Airport Holman Field (STP), located in St. Paul, MN (towered airport near downtown for advanced ATC experience) This coverage allows students to choose between quieter non-towered airports for initial training and busier towered fields to gain communication skills and real-world ATC exposure all within the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area.
