My name is Caleb, I have been flying since I was 19. I graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage with a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Technology with emphasis in Professional Piloting with a 3.85 GPA. I am a current CFI​/​CFII​/​MEI and Airline Transport Pilot type rated in the DHC-8 and B-737. I have 3,000 hours of flight time most of which were accrued here in the great state of Alaska. I have over 900 hours of Tailwheel time most of which is in a Piper Super Cub although I have flown and also taught students in Maules, Cessna 180s, Taylorcrafts, Cessna 170s, Piper PA-12s, Stinsons, Citabria’s, Super Decathlon’s and Cessna 175 taildraggers. Have flown 20 different airframes here in Alaska and average 400-600 hours of flight time a year. I have never had a single student ever fail a checkride nor have I failed one myself and I have taken checkrides with 3 different DPE’s. I have sent students to 4 different DPE’s. I can teach ski flying, off airport flying, high performance, tailwheel, and complex aircraft training.
