Experienced 25+ years flight instructor CFI/CFII/MEI
I am a Certified Flight Instructor with over 25 years of flight training experience. I provide single- and multi-engine instruction, including primary, instrument, and commercial training. I also provide flight reviews and instrument proficiency checks (IPC). My flight background includes more than 3,000 total hours, with over 2,200 hours dedicated to flight instruction. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona, graduating in December 1999. Following graduation, I instructed in Southern California before relocating to Oregon in 2002. Currently based in Roseburg, Oregon, I balance a full-time career in IT with my true passion—flying. I am available for instruction most weekends as well as on weekdays after regular work hours. I can accommodate other times by prior arrangement.

Pricing Notes
There is pre-brief and post-brief time added to each flight lesson, this is about 15-20 minutes. I generally go over the details of what we’re going to cover during that lesson and then after the flight we’ll talk about how the lesson went and what can be improved. I like providing constructive feedback that will help you become a better pilot.
