Independent flight instruction in your airplane
I started flying at a United States Air Force flying club while stationed in Germany during the early 1970’s. I was honorably discharged and returned home before receiving my private pilot certificate. For the next few decades, I flew with friends, did an occasional glider flight, spent my time skiing, climbing, managed to get a degree in mathematics & computer science, worked in IT, and raised two children. Sometime in 2001, I was thinking that if I was to get the pilot thing done, he better get started again. In 2002, I received my private pilot certificate. Over the next several years, I completed my instrument rating, commercial pilot certificate (ASEL & AMEL), and flight instructor certificate (CFI, CFII & MEI). I'm a member of: AOPA - Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association NAFI - National Association of Flight Instructors Lifetime Member: EAA - Experimental Aircraft Association CAF - Commemorative Air Force
