About the instructor
Hello, I'm Douglas.
Specializing in tailwheel, backcountry, and off-airport advanced flight instruction.
I own an Aviat Husky and a Cessna 170 (not used for instruction), I will instruct in your aircraft.
I have a lot of tailwheel instruction experience and love sharing my passion for it and for backcountry flying with other pilots.
I also do ferry flights, including to and from Alaska.
I believe in tailoring instruction to what works best for you, and I place emphasis on helping you learn how to practice on your own.
Feel free to give me a call.
